Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Perform inspections of Electromechanical products, components, and assemblies to identify failure modes and root causesStrong electrical/ electronic hardware technical skills, Hands on experience in PCBs/Relays, setting up test cases, developing scenarios and diagnosing technical problemsHaving good knowledge in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering ConceptsHaving good knowledge in Product Management conceptsUnderstanding the needs of Customers on Quality Perspective Maintaining Product Deliverables with internal & external teamsCommunications with Internal & External stakeholdersWell versed with Quality assurance processes & systemsHaving good analytical skillsManaging Internal & External Non-ConformitiesExperience in handling Measuring InstrumentsImplementing New systems / processes as improvement (Poka-Yoke/Kaizens, etc…)Involvement in Continuous Improvement plans.Actively participate in customer complaints handling for reducing the zero km and within warranty failures.Motivating and involving subordinates in Quality Improvement plans like Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme, QRQC and other improvement activities
