Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe SAP KEY USER will receive all information related to the design of existing and new products, and ensure accurate documentation of product engineering changes.
Responsible for uploading the BOM into SAP for series production and new projects.
Keep the system updated with engineering changes (material accounts, logistics convention).
Act as a liaison between PML and Production.
Maintain and update documentation related to engineering release changes for series production and processes.
For each assigned project (series and new projects), evaluate and implement alternative solutions, supported by analysis, justification, and recommendations.
Manage product modification dates according to engineering change procedures.
Maintain interaction with the New Programs / Projects department.
Coordinate product testing.
Coordinate meetings related to engineering changes.
Attend meetings on new projects to define actions and follow up on engineering change topics.
Manage changes in MII.
Conduct BOM audits according to the annual schedule.
Evaluate design feasibility, considering available manufacturing processes.
Actively participate in product design reviews.
Standardize components to reduce costs.
Comply with the code of ethics and report any violations.
