在集团FES的框架下管理和开展物流的各项工作,执行和拓展佛吉亚生产控制及物流的政策。
主要任务:
客户关系
监督和指导日常工作;
对客户需求作预测,对客户需求变化进行应对。如有因客户产量和工程变化导致相关呆料费用,负责向客户进行沟通;
工厂内部物流协调
监控物流的各项流程;
制定PIC交由工厂经理会讨论;
与生产部经理共同保证PDP的达成;
支持生产,保证QCD目标一致;
贯彻执行物流改进计划,并与其他部门相协调;
负责根据客户需求制定生产计划,并监控生产计划的完成情况;
发展和监控所有物料计划和控制方面的政策的实施。定义和发行物料计划和控制方面的指导书。审阅物料控制报告,与生产部和其他相关部门沟通。对改进物料库存方面进行建议;
供应商管理 提高物流供应商绩效,改善与他们的关系; 计划、组织和管理产品发送的活动。负责计划和协调发货活动,并负责协助选择物流供应商和管理物流供应商;
保证团队成员的安置,培训和发展;
确保员工激励工作的展开和执行 (如:月度会议,合理化建议,自主管理等);物流绩效跟踪及改善按时提报工厂物流绩效指标,制定改善计划;
计划、组织和管理与物料链和物流链全面管理相关的活动。发展和改进公司的物流控制系统,确保物料和产品的供应,保证物料的可追溯性;
计划、组织和管理仓库活动。在进料、出料、物料运输、物料处理、物料储藏、物料部署和仓库库存控制等方面建立操作程序。确保仓库的物理条件和设备条件;

As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.
