Plant Operator Level III

Our work environment is inclusive, diverse, and guided by respect, ethics, and equal opportunities for all. **What we’re looking for:** • Start and stop production lines and make necessary changes to control the process and times of operations • Handover/take charge at designated workplace only with logbook/shift report book. • Conduct toolbox talk with contractors - on quality issue/safety learning’s/General House Keeping/any instruction given by Shift Incharge/Production Managers/Management • All completed and ongoing work with PTW must be mentioned in report. • Responsible for housekeeping/cleaning of related equipment and working floor during shift. • Ensure about the healthy condition of all standby /emergency equipment and operational conditions. • Ensure there is no leakage/spillage during unloading or transferring activities of all kinds of chemicals. • Maintaining all critical parameters (Temperature, Pressure etc.) as per the SOP and fill all statuary work-related checklist & mention in the logbook. • Coordination with Shift In charge/ Shift Manager for any quality issues or process issues. • Coordination with Service depts. for routine/Breakdown maintenance • Responsible for raising Job orders for maintenance and follow-up for the completion of the same. • Responsible for safety of contract manpower during the shift. • Responsible for participation in Shift hurdle and updating Performance board as per plan. • Responsible for active participation in various meetings (PSM, Canteen committee, Townhall etc.). 2. EHS responsibilities: • To follow site EHS procedure and best practices • Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety and environmental policies. • Read and understand relevant procedure and perform the work safely • Support site EHS by participating in safety campaign, reporting of unsafe act or unsafe condition via Safety observations & reporting of near miss to prevent the injuries. • Follow the site PSM procedure and implement the PSM culture • Reporting of any incident/accident immediately to Shift Incharge/Shift Manager.
