**Job Description:** Regardless of specialty, an HVAC Technician I may be required to perform other maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or assisting with other projects. **Shift Details:** **Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3pm on call shift every 9 weeks. No remote work** **Must have EPA Certification.** + **Essential Functions** + Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the hospital's boiler and/or chiller systems. This includes frequent computer, phone, and cable set-up and use. + Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transport, pull, and push equipment. Will also work on hands and knees and bend to set-up, troubleshoot, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items. + For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles. + Bending, lifting, stooping, crawling, laying, sitting, walking, climbing. + Use of hand and power tools, proper use of hearing and eye protection. + Exposure to extreme temperatures in nature, work in noisy or constricted spaces, exposure to odors and smells. **Location:** Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital **Work City:** Sandy **Work State:** Utah **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
