The engineering department is responsible for managing all internal resources to ensure optimal resource

The Engineering Department is responsible for the management of plant equipment and process process management according to the company's regulations to provide reliable guarantee for production.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
制造工程项目管理
Manage Manufacturing Engineering in programs:
-参与工程部在项目中的资源分配;
Participate to ME resources allocation in programs;
-管理项目工程领导团队;
Manage the Program Manufacturing leaders team;
-参与项目的阶段回顾和验证项目阶段的完成情况;
Participate to the gate reviews and validate the industrial gate reviews;
监督和管理功能和相关投资:
Monitor and manage capacity and related investments
- 提出工厂布局安排以满足工装和设备利用率;
Propose division industrial plans to optimize footprint and equipment utilization;
- 构建和管理投资,工装和制造工程预算;
Build and manage investments, tooling and manufacturing engineering budgets:
- 根据客户的需求跟踪机器和设备工作量;
Track machines and equipment workload according to customers demand;
支持生产,保证与QCD目标相一致
Support operations in matching QCD objectives :
-管理生产力研讨会和参与工厂持续改进计划;
Manage productivity workshops and participate to continuous improvement processes in plants;
-巩固工厂工程部的关键指标,提出行动计划;
Consolidate ME key indicators of the plants and propose action plans;
管理工程部团队发展
Manage ME/MT team develop:
- 支持,培训,指导,评估和发展项目,培养工程团队;
Staff, train, coach, asses and develop the program and plant ME teams (direct and dotted line);
巩固和报告工程部的关键指标
Consolidate and report key ME indicators in plants :
- 提出相关行动计划;
Propose associated action plans;
- 参与项目划分策略;
Participate to the Division industrial strategy;
- 专业发展;
Expertise development;
参与研讨先进设备、先进技术的引进
Participate in the discussion of advanced equipment, the introduction of advanced technology
参与外购设备、自制设备、改造设备等技术方案的确定
Participate in the outsourcing equipment, homemade equipment, determine the technical scheme of transformation equipment, etc
审核设备文件、保养计划
Audit equipment files and maintenance plan.
审核设备验收、设备变更及设备报废的评估意见
Review the equipment acceptance, change of equipment and equipment scrap evaluation opinions
为设备维修过程中存在的重大难题提供技术或资源支持
Major problem existing in the maintenance process for equipment to provide technical support or resources
按照公司要求管理设备体系文件
Equipment management system documents as required by the company
负责定义设备管理指标并监督实施
Responsible for defining equipment management index and supervise the implementation
负责定义工厂工程部组织架构的人员和发展计划
Responsible for defining the personnel and development plan for the organizational structure of the factory engineering department
汇报设备管理结果并监督设备相关记录和文件的使用与保存
Report the results of equipment management and supervision equipment related records and files use and preservation
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
• 教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上;理工科专业优先Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering
• 经验/ Experience:
至少5年汽车行业相关工艺经验 Minumum 5 years experience in auto industrial process
2年工程经理经验 2 years as an Engineering Manager
2年维修相关工作经验 2 years Maintenance experience
