Lead and Inspire\: Motivate and guide a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Oversee Operations\: Manage daily plant operations to meet production and quality goals.Drive Improvement\: Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.Ensure Safety\: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.Manage Projects\: Oversee ETO projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.Build Relationships\: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.Promote Sustainability\: Advocate for sustainable practices in all plant operations.
