Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.(or Chemical engineering) Knowledge in plant management  Experience in Organic chemistry, saturated and unsaturated Operations Management Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations Must have managed budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure efficient use of resources Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Budgeting and Cost Control Maintenance and Equipment Oversight
