What You’ll Do:

Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achievedMaintain a safe workplace and build a culture focused on accident free performanceDevelop and implement long term strategies to position the Richmond, IN packaging plant as an industry leader in efficiency and qualityManage budgeting, cost control, and cost reduction programs to achieve operational goalsFoster a results-oriented culture that measures and rewards team and individual performanceEnsure all products meet or exceed quality standards to support food and beverage packaging safety requirementsBuild and lead high-performing teams through coaching, training, and effective people managementSupport food safety and product safety systems throughout the plant
