Job description :

A strategic leader and motivator, the plant manager oversees production and teams to ensure performance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise department managers and ensure production targets are met. Supervise the plant and its 20+ machines, lead operational meetings, and resolve interdepartmental issues. Manage staff (training, evaluation, discipline) and ensure health, safety, and quality. Monitor KPIs, drive strategic action plans, and present results to management. Be present on the ground to mobilize teams and promote a culture of excellence.

Skills and qualifications :

Proven experience in factory or production management. Strong leadership, ability to mobilize and make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and packaging production. Fluency in English and Microsoft Office. Apply
