What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily operations of the ready mix plant to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.Manage plant personnel, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.

What Are We Looking For

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Proven ability to prioritize safety and operational excellence.Solid understanding of ready mix concrete production and plant operations.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Work Environment
This role involves both office and field work, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and moving equipment. The position requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to strict safety protocols.
