JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the human and material resources of the Querétaro Plant, to satisfy the needs of our clients, achieving the established goals aligned with our Vision. Mission and strategic objectives of the company, promoting staff development, safety and care of the environment, continuous improvement and teamwork.

Management Systems (Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality)

Demonstrate an intolerance to unsafe Acts and Conditions, promoting continuous improvement in performance in health and safety, environmental care, in the prevention of pollution, in the quality and safety of the product and service provided, implementing all standards and guidelines, legal and others, as well as those of the Business Operating System (BOS) of the organization; maintaining the necessary records to demonstrate compliance and attending training applicable to their duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Chemistry background (preferred)

- Experience in polyurethane and extrusion

- 5 years experience on a similar position

- Problem solving analysis and methodologies

- Finance and budgeting management
