Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
Plans, directs and monitors the activities of the Preventive, Corrective and Autonomous Maintenance Management System for machinery, equipment and plant facilities in order to maintain the equipment and machinery of the work centers in an adequate state of operation.

The main missions of the role are:

Reviews and monitors the progress of the Plant Maintenance Management System plans.Assigns and distributes tasks to the personnel under his charge.Supervises the progress of the projects assigned to his staff and establishes countermeasures when the objective is not met.Calls and conducts meetings with personnel from the different maintenance areas (Top5, Top60) for the analysis of maintenance results, unproductive time and promotes corrective actions to achieve the objectives.Attend scheduled meetings for production results, quality or new projects.Receives or identifies improvement opportunities and analyzes the possibility of their implementation.Prepares plans and work programs for the activities of the Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance System of equipment, machinery and plant facilities.Prepares plans and work programs for conducting GR&R tests.Prepares corrective action plans to improve maintenance productivity results and downtime.Review and approve the reports of monthly results of maintenance, downtime and expenses of the area.Holds monthly meetings with their Immediate Boss to report the progress of results.Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications 
The ideal candidate will have/be: 
Minimum Level of education: Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Language: Fluent English 
Experience : 
•    Minimum 3 Years of experience as Plant Maintenance Manager, or 5 Years as Preventive Maintenance Coordinator 

Skills and competencies 
•    Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles preferred. 
•    Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality / quantity. 
•    Basic Quality Tools: cause-effect diagram, pareto, histogram, control chart, check sheet, Process Capability. 
•    Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals. 
•    Strong Mulit-Craft skillset; Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, and Mechanical experience. 
•    Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems for manufacturing automation. 
•    Familiarity with safety standard (ISO13849, IEC 61508), and risk assessment methodologies for machinery and automation systems. 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues effectively. 
•    Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills as well as the ability to work and manage time independently. 
•    Proficiency in programming and deployment SCADA systems. 
•    Proficiency in motion control systems, servo drives and robotics programming. 
•    7 quality tools (Stratification, histogram, check Sheet, Pareto Chart, etc.).
