Your mission, roles and responsibilities Provide improvement suggestions and motivate employees to contribute suggestions.Participate in H.S.E. (Health, Safety and Environment) and energy efficiency initiatives.Ensure efficient use of raw materials, energy resources, and materials.Take preventive measures against environmental pollution and/or accidents during maintenance.Ensure the provision and use of protective equipment.Report any non-conformities related to H.S.E. to the H.S.E. department and other relevant units.Authorized to stop a machine or operation in cases of unsafe operation, risks to human health, or environmental hazards. Responsible for reporting such incidents to a superior after stopping the machine or operation.Fulfill the requirements of the environmental management program and carry out the related actions.Work with the H.S.E. coordinator to ensure H.S.E. compliance when commissioning new projects and/or machines.Do not make illegal payments to government institutions or officials.In accordance with Faurecia policy, do not accept gifts from customers or suppliers valued at €100 or more per business partner per year.Work in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, related regulations, board decisions, declarations, and internal policies, procedures, and instructions concerning data protection.All duties and responsibilities defined by the Faurecia Code of Ethics and Management Guidelines are considered part of this job description and are fully accepted.Your profile and competencies to succeed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering departments. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in the automotive sector.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in two foreign languages: English is mandatory; French is preferred as a second language.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
