Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Responsible for aiding in all areas of the plant. They are responsible for collecting materials, setting up forms under supervision and basic concrete placing. They participate in housekeeping and other various tasks throughout the plant. A high level of safety practices must be used at all times. **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Receive oral instructions to determine work assignments. + Finish concrete products + Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or usingpowered equipment. + Assist machine operators, crane operators and other workers. + Assist with minor repairs and maintenance. + Remove rubble and other debris. + Clean and remove excess debris from molds and other equipment. + Participate in daily Pre-Production Meetings. + Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** High school diploma or Equivalent **Required Work Experience:** These positions require a minimum of 1 year of experience. Previous experience in Pipe would be an asset. Concrete experience would be an asset. Forklift experience would be an asset. **Travel Requirements:** N/A **Additional Requirements:** + Willing to start shift at 04:00 am Monday to Friday + Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your + whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
