Plant HSE Coordinator

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
The main missions of the role are:
•    The role of a Site HSE Coordinator is to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect, and the enforcement of the Group's HSE policy. The main missions of the role are to:
•    Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
•    Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
•    Coach and support the site management and employees
•    Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
•    Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
•    Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
•    Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings
•    Carry out accident enquiries
•    Maintain 5’s
•    All other assigned duties.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level
o    Bachelor's degree /Diploma with a specialisation in Health, Safety & Environment
Experience:
o    5 to 8 years’ experience in HSE process
Technical Competencies:
o    Knowledge of HSE tools and methods
o    AMDEC, 5 why methodology &job instruction
o    Audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000…
o    A first experience in a plant or in an industrial environment
o    Knowledge of national legislation
o    General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies 
Leadership Competencies:
o    Business level English knowledge & Proficiency in Local language 
o    Good Interpersonal skill
o    Good leadership skill
o    International mindset
o    Vision, Accountability, Teamwork, Agility, Respect and Open mindedness.
