We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Generalist Together We Win, based in Juarez, Chihuahua. (E-Systems Division). 

As Plant HR Generalist Together We Win The main objective is to develop corporate initiatives, leadership models, and establish communication across executive, staff, and operational levels, as well as to promote programs through internal communication.

  

Your tasks will be:

Achieve the established goals for employee turnover and absenteeism at all levels Actively involved in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) committees. 100% implementation of corporate communication. 100% compliance with Radio Lear programming. Development of TWW strategies across all four organizational levels. Preparation and implementation of the TWW 2025 Survey. Implementation of the new Employee Experience process. Knowledge of warehouse systems and distribution centers.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business management or any related field. 3+ Years on similar positions within the HR department. Ms- Office. SAP. Problem solving skills. Leadership. Knowledge in LFT & NOM035 Availability to travel. Advanced English level
