Minimum requirements:
Monitor and control plant operations to achieve production targets Allocate resources (people & equipment) for maximum efficiency Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental & legal standards Maintain quality control and implement best practices Supervise, coach, and develop teams for skills transfer and succession planning Compile reports, manage variances, and ensure effective shift handovers Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and strong communication systems Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in diamond mining (DMS & Recovery) Solid knowledge of processing plants, DMS & recovery circuits Strong understanding of metallurgical best practices and process efficiency Proven leadership, coaching, and teamwork abilities Computer literacy (MS Office) Consultant: Jessie Gomes - Dante Personnel Greenstone
