Partner with the best

As a Plant Finance Manager, you will drive the optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Supporting site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.Owning P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.Handling communication to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.Providing services to the function or directly to the business.Handling the department work guided by procedures.Working on Plant monthly, quarterly and annual Mfg. financials survey to Singapore Government authorities.Handling Singapore government Economic development board (EDB) request to protect investment.Ensuring Plant property and other taxes benefits are maximized.Supporting statutory and internal audits assignments

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance (or a high school diploma / GED).Have a relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations or Cost accounting or controllership (EFO).Have an effective interpersonal and leadership skills.Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have a proven effective problem identification and solution skills, analytical and organizational ability.
