As Plant & Equipment Specialist, you will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Moreover, you will supervise employees and contractors who perform, develop an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

Have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Have excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.Be proficient in reading equipment manuals for repair and failure mode identification.Be knowledgeable in mechanical principles and equipment.Be skilled in coordinating and verifying work of external contractors.Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems, self-starter, goal-oriented, flexible time management, and proficient in IT tools.
