Role: Plant Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Engineer will oversee plant projects from conception through design, fabrication, and commissioning. This role focuses on infrastructure upgrades and systems improvement to enhance production efficiency, quality, and capacity. The Plant Engineer also provides day-to-day engineering support to the facility and ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Lead and manage capital projects that improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency in manufacturingProvide engineering oversight for facility infrastructure including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, and power systemsPlan, design, and coordinate equipment modifications and maintenance in the plantEnsure plant compliance with Federal, State, and Corporate environmental regulationsCollaborate with internal teams and external auditors on all environmental initiatives, including waste management, air/stormwater quality, and noise/light complianceTroubleshoot equipment issues and develop both immediate and long-term solutionsSupport continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solvingWork closely with operations and quality teams to maintain product specifications and meet production targetsIdentify root causes of process issues and drive corrective actionsPromote and uphold company values and a culture of safety and excellencePerform additional duties as assignedQualifications
