Purpose of the role:
Lead manufacturing operations across all areas (production, quality, safety, logistics, finance, HR)Ensure compliance with Mondelez quality standards, safety regulations and GMP requirementsDrive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing implementationManage plant budget and operational costs while delivering required volume and quality targets Interface with stakeholders (unions, local authorities, suppliers) to maintain effective relationshipsLead and develop multi-functional teams to achieve business objectivesImplement and maintain QCDSSM standardsDrive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulationsLead productivity and investment project implementationExecute category growth initiatives and new product launchesParticipate in Confectionary cluster team activitiesImplement IL6S methodologyInterface with supply planning HUB and category BDWork cross functionally to develop and implement 3 year strategic plan and annual operating planInitiate, lead and implement productivity & investment projectsProvide coaching towards implementation of IL6S ways of workingLead talent, capabilities & engagement for the plantAreas of main focus:

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
preferred education in Food Technology, Management of Engineeringmanufacturing experience in FMCG is an assetexperience in People Management and experience in multi-level structureKnowledge of modern methods of production both in the technical aspects and the elements of management, good understanding of food processes, production technologies and information systemsStrong knowledge of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodologiesCultural transformation / change management experienceExcellent English language skillsWe pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we support your career and development. In return for your commitment, drive, and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 6000 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
