Plant Controller (m/f/d)

The Plant Controller (m/f/d) plays a key role in safeguarding the financial performance. This position is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, driving budget and forecast processes, supporting investment and cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial standards. Acting as a financial partner to the plant’s operational team, the Controller provides insightful analyses and helps optimize profitability, efficiency, and long-term business success.


Your mission:

Prepare and analyse monthly closing reports, forecasts, and budgets on time and with high qualitySupport reporting under IFRS and consolidation processes in line with internal guidelinesContribute to all accounting-related activities in close collaboration with the finance teamDrive the outlook and budget planning process within the plantActively improve profitability reportingWork closely with the local management team to understand and follow up on deviations from budget and/or forecastSupport continuous improvement of workflows and processes through strong end-to-end business understandingPrepare ad-hoc analyses and management presentations

Your profile:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on manufacturing financeMinimum of three years of professional experience in a finance-related role with a strong emphasis on analysis and controllingSolid understanding of financial principles and accounting, combined with strong analytical skillsExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; high IT affinity and ideally experience with SAP (especially CO/PA)Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style with a high level of initiativeStrong team orientation, openness, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a plant environmentFluency in English is required; very good knowledge of German is expected
