This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment in Warren, OH.

Summary:

As a Controller, you’ll provide accurate financial information that helps to develop best practices and strategic leadership in cost control as well as assisting in the development of the budget, to ensure the correct accounting and monthly closing of the company's Financial Statements.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that monthly accounting closing is carried out in a timely manner.

Compare the achievements of the company vs expectation.

Support management in communication with the rest of the areas, decision making.

Ensure the quality of the information by actively participating in the preparation of reports and key indicators.

Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecast and monitoring of their compliance as well as providing explanation for the variations.

Ensure that Internal Control activities such as ICRQ, SOX Templates are carried out.

Ensure the correct evaluation process of the Annual Physical Inventory, and QPI Determine risks and opportunities.

Standardize processes and improve them.

Support innovation, while focusing on data driven decision making.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting

7+ years’ experience as plant or regional manufacturing controller

Ability to deal with 3 plants and present to senior leadership

Experience in cost and sales analysis, forecasting, inventory and budgeting.

Solid manufacturing process understanding

Change process initiative: innovative/continuous improvement

Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Manufacturing/Automotive sector experience preferred

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting

10+ years’ experience as plant or regional manufacturing controller
