Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Essential responsibilities and duties:

•    Ensure compliance with all financial procedures, including spending authorization in line with Group policies and internal finance procedures.
•    Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to Faurecia finance-related procedures, including product flow, inventory management, routings, and internal control basics.
•    Lead financial forecasting processes, including budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting to: Plant controller Manager

Key roles and responsibilities:

•    Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor plant performance against targets.
•    Develop and implement cost accounting systems to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
•    Oversee inventory control processes to minimize costs and ensure accuracy.
•    Support production teams with actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
•    Conduct variance analyses and identify opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
•    Drive initiatives to optimize operational processes, including waste reduction and productivity enhancement.
•    Lead audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal control requirements.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to support production teams and promote operational improvements.
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
•    English level: Business level
•    Japanese level: Intermediary Japanese 

Experience:

【Must】
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in controlling 

【Nice to have】
•    5 years’s experience in industrial/manufacturing multicultural environment


Skills and competencies:

•    Strong teamwork and good cross functional project experience 
•    Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence teams and drive results
•    Mind for change, proactive and will to support management team
•    Willingness to learn/adapt, accountability for the result achievement, 
•    Ability to make improvement proposals
•    Ability to do multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
•    Solid standard costs accounting knowledge
