A Kforce client located in Findlay, OH is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations at their manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, strategic budget management, and compliance with accounting standards. Duties: * Plant Controller will develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls * Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports * Lead the accounting team across AP, AR, payroll, and cost accounting functions * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking to drive operational efficiency * Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations; liaise with auditors and tax authorities * Monitor and optimize cash flow and financing activities * Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals * As a Plant Controller, you will maintain and report on financial KPIs and performance metrics * Continuously improve financial systems and processes * Support capital investment decisions and long-term financial planning
