**Job Description** **Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?** **How you will contribute** You will: + Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity + Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies + Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions + Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement + Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline **What you need to know about this position:** We’re looking for our next Plant Controller to join our Canadian MSC team to help shape the future of snacking. Reporting to the Director, MSC Finance and partnering closely with our Plant Leadership, this role will serve as the secret ingredient in unlocking business proposals, verifying assumptions, and ensuring daily execution is on track. You will manage all financial aspects for a complex manufacturing plant with a growth and digital mindset. **How you will contribute:** + Partner with plant management to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions + Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a manufacturing plant + Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place + Drive for harmonization, efficienciesand improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Prior experience in Plant controlling/ Manufacturing Finance + TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting plants financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets + BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation + LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills across a large regional or global, public company; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive results. + GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness + INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations **Job Specific Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience in CPG + Experience in Plant environment preferred **Education / Certifications:** A Commerce Degree from a recognized university, MBA and/or CPA is a plus **Work schedule:** On site, regular business hours No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** With several brands that are among consumer favourites, including Cadbury, OREO, Christie and Maynards, we are one of the largest snack companies in Canada.
