What You'll Be Doing

Monitor and optimize raw material and product chemistry to ensure quality standardsConduct routine and specialized chemical analyses in a plant laboratory settingCollaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve process performanceMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting

What Are We Looking For

Experience with laboratory instrumentation (XRF and XRD precisions and calibration testing) and software toolsStrong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practicesAbility to interpret and apply analytical data to plant operationsEffective communication and collaboration skills across departmentsCommitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic industrial plant setting, involving both laboratory and production floor environments. It requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
