Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary (with AI & Digital enhancements):** The Plant Analytical Lab Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the analytical laboratory within the plant, ensuring timely and accurate testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This role ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards while leading continuous improvement activities—including the adoption of AI and digital technologies to enhance laboratory efficiency—and supporting production needs. Additional responsibilities include complaints management, supplier quality, OSQ, mock recovery exercises, KPI reporting, leveraging data analytics, and supporting shop floor training and documentation through digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities (with suggested AI & Digital details):** + Coordinate and monitor daily lab activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards, by utilizing digital dashboards and workflow tools + Supervise routine and non-routine analytical testing using appropriate laboratory techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, FTIR, titration, etc.), + Ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording of test results.
