Job Description and Responsibilities:

Facility Management: Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and safety standards. Issue Resolution: Track and resolve concerns related to township, hotels, and overall transport management. Compliance: Fill statutory and periodic compliance documents and reports to relevant authorities. Supervision: Supervise office activities and other functions, making dynamic decisions to mitigate day-to-day challenges. Executive Support: Ensure lodging, boarding, and transport management for all executives. Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration work. Asset Maintenance: Maintain office assets and keep records. Hygiene Management: Ensure a proper hygienic environment at the office, canteen, washroom, and other premises as per regulations. Supply Management: Order and stock appropriate office supplies and equipment for executive staff. Budgeting: Work with the finance and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and deliver cost performance. Purchasing: Handle the purchase of all administrative requirements, including stationery and office equipment, negotiate price, quality, and delivery, and approve invoices. Expense Reporting: Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports. Cost Control: Implement budgeting and cost control measures, monitor budget versus variance. Payment Management: Ensure the timely payment of all services and materials as per service orders
