Day to Day Responsibilities

 

Closely track and manage plant CAPEX spending projects Ensure accurate monthly closing for fixed assets, leasing assets. Deliver monthly CAPEX related closing reports and improve rolling CAPEX cash forecast accuracy Improve fixed assets management process and ensure compliance with internal control requirement Support monthly dept expense review and control programs Support capital spending annual budget and 5 years planning Lead periodic fixed assets count plan Other ad-hoc tasks Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree, accounting major 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing MNC or Big 4 audit firms  Required Skills Good accounting Advanced excel skill Good command of English Desired Skills Accounting Certification is preferable: CPA/CMA/ACCA Knowledge of S4 Hana Private is an advantage Power BI or VBA is plus Soft Skills Good communication Be highly integrity and commitment Drive the result with efficiency Fast learner, attention to detail and accuracy Self motivated
