• work closely with clients to develop, present and manage financial plans
• lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their objectives, needs and comprehensive financial picture
• work within a team of colleagues to adapt, improve and best serve the client and team needs
• develop and maintain relationships with clients and advisors to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere and superb client experience
• have or able to develop a deep understanding of MoneyGuidePro financial planning software
• have knowledge of all components of the financial planning process and the ability to work through them with clients
