The Capacity & Cost Management (C2M) team is critical to optimizing resource utilization and driving cost effectiveness for the TAP program. We are seeking a talented, data-driven Planning Support Manager to lead a team of data analysts. In this role, you will spearhead the development of capacity planning tools, reports, and analytics solutions that directly impact TAP's operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. 1. Lead a team of 6 data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and analytical excellence

2. Identify and prioritize business needs for planning solutions across multiple stakeholders through Agile framework

3. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools

4. Drive the adoption of data-driven planning solutions through stakeholder engagement and training

5. Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints

6. Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance planning capabilities
