Your Role:

The Planning and Scheduling Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing schedules for projects and operations. This role ensures that resources are allocated efficiently, timelines are met, and project goals are achieved.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather necessary information for scheduling.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.Analyze capacity and resource availability to optimize scheduling.Prepare reports and presentations on scheduling status and resource utilization.Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.Utilize scheduling software and tools to track project timelines and resources.Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding scheduling updates and changes.

 

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.Proven experience in planning and schedulingProficiency in SAP/APOStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, IF)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

ASCM CPIM, CSCP or equivalentFamiliarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
