Planning/Logistics Team Co-Ordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Make It Possible.** You will support the Planning & Logistics team in establishing and documenting clear ways of working and process maps. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. **How you will contribute** You will: + Work effectively with internal (production & supply planning teams, procurement, plant warehouse & logistics teams, plant BD-business development and other multi-functional resources) + Demonstrate an inquisitive nature towards our process, qualify our ways of working and translate this into process flows and ways of working + Work closely with the Planning and Logistics team, supporting the team goals and tasks + Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular, in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + A degree in a relevant field would be advantageous – Business, Logistics, Manufacturing + Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel + Enjoys team work, collaborating with different people + Can understand and map out processes, challenging where required + Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset + Analytical thinking + Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP S4HANA **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
