Role Summary:

This position will Co-ordinate with Production, SCM and Sales to achieve monthly targets with respect to Revenue, OTD, PDB and DSI. Will be responsible for planning revenue, analyze risk/opportunity, Logistics Planning for revenue recognition.

Job Responsibility:

Review the monthly plan with respective team members and update necessary information for Project management team.Review and confirm delivery orders.Work with dispatch section for weekly planning of dispatches, co-ordinate with logistics providers for container placing, track deliveries and update all concerned.Work with finance on meeting excise and other statuary requirements, ensure value recognition.Monthly/Weekly Revenue Plan Release in co-ordination with project management/production and dispatchEnsure accurate project order updates and escalate for deviations.Co-ordinate with planning/project team for confirming deliveries, update status.Third Party Inspection plan/tracking and adherence to scheduleCo-ordinate with Logistics/dispatch/finance for project order revenueEnsure Plant KPI meets forecast with respect to Revenue, DSI, PDB and OTDTrack orders with timeline from booking till dispatch and escalate for deviationsWork with planning/production for lead time monitoring and improvement wherever necessary for improved bookingRevenue risk analysis and improvement through opportunities by working closely with all concerned

Job Requirement:

3-5 Years of Experience and college /University degree/Technical degree or higherPlanning & Execution, People & Time Management, Logistics managementCustomer Focus, Scheduling and PrioritizationBasic Finance knowledge, Excise and INCO termsAnalytical skills - SAP Knowledge, Power BI and excellent knowledge in Excel
