Planning & Controlling Specialist

At GAES, an Amplifon brand, we are currently seeking a Controlling Specialist to join our Finance team and act as a trusted business partner across functions. In this role, you will support the monitoring of financial performance, lead forecasting and strategic planning processes, and provide insights for investment and M&A decisions.

 

Main Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of 3-year strategic plans and monthly forecasts (P&L and Balance Sheet level) for assigned business areas. Ensure financial targets are met and implement corrective action plans as needed. Collaborate with functional teams during month-end closings and planning cycles as trusted Business partner. Provide support with Corporate reporting and KPI tracking. Offer financial guidance on business models and investment evaluations. Evaluate investments and ensure measurement systems are effectively applied. Ensure changes within the company are aligned with internal reporting and compliance standards.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, BIG 4 experience will be valued positively. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Proficiency with financial tools and technology. Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Fluent in Spanish and English
