Role Context

To deliver our performance ambition, not only the Sales Operations Team plays a critical role in bringing our strategy to life at the point of sale, acting as the driving force of execution within our commercial organization but also levering on data & insights to make the right decision and win on the point of Sales.

Purpose of Role

The role is responsible for accomplishing data collection, organization, processing and analyzing to support Full Sales Operations Team and the Channel Performance team (Control Tower). The focus is to ensure data integrity and availability, preparing reports and databases that facilitate fussiness decision-making; this role involves working closely with various departments, mainly D&T teams, to understand the data sources, developing data mining process and creating comprehensive reports.

Key Functional Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management:Collect and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy.Keep internal databases updated and structured following Lead´s GuidelineMaintain high standards of data integrity across all platforms.Data Processing & Analysis:Perform data analyses using methodologies and tools defined by the team or stablished processes.Identify trends, patterns or correlations within datasets that support business objectives (anomalies must be brought up when necessary)Consistently track critical metrics measuring effectiveness, identify strengths and opportunities to turn around results.Reporting & Visualization:Compose routine reports/dashboards showcasing important data found through data analysis.Present clear and actionable insights from analysis to interested parties.Collaboration:Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams under the guidance of the LeadDocument processes and finding in a structured way for future referenceProvide analytical support based on topic/area-specific requirements with clarity and consistency in presentationContinuous Improvement:Find opportunities improving processes involved in data collection/analysisFollow up on action plans defined by the Lead

Qualifications & Experience Required

Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or related fieldStrong experience in data analysis, reporting and analytic roles; industry experience is an advantageAdvanced Excel Skills, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAS, Tableau)Intermediate-Advanced English (reading reports & communication)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to synthesize informationA driven self-starter, proactive approach, curiosity to learn and improve processes and obsessed with winning and implementing brilliantly
