Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate schedule-related updates and priorities to both internal stakeholders and external partners, including executives, vendors, and purchasers. Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience managing or assisting in projects.
ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules.Communicate schedule-related updates and priorities effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.Utilize Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Power BI to organize and streamline project schedules.Essential Skills3+ years of project management or coordination in the construction industry.Proficiency in planning and scheduling.Strong command of Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field/construction experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.Experience in Solar, Wind, BESS design, and construction.Work Environment
Work primarily from the office located in Palm Beach Gardens with occasional travel to project sites. Travel expenses are covered.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
