What You’ll DoTransform technical specs into actionable plans – Interpret work specifications, blueprints, and drawings to build efficient, resource-loaded schedules.Drive project momentum – Create time-oriented work package networks that keep shipyard operations on track.Leverage powerful tools – Use Microsoft Project, EVM Software, and Integrated Management Systems to manage manpower and project timelines.Stay ahead of the curve – Conduct progress interviews and status updates to ensure projects stay aligned with goals.What You BringDeep understanding of Navy ship operations, maintenance, and repair.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including blueprints and manuals.Strong command of project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan, and EVMS.Excellent written communication and documentation skills.U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DBIDS credentialing.Preferred QualificationsExperience with DoD contracts and government contracting.Background in the shipyard industry is a strong plus.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Work EnvironmentLocation: Bayfront office in San Diego, CA.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-focused. Expect a mix of office work and shipyard site visits.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
