Job Responsibilities:

· Development and standardization of efficient processes and systems (continuous improvement).

· Support in the implementation of innovative logistics processes and systems

· Organize and lead regular meetings with Production and Supply Chain teams for process and packaging.

· Planning and implementation of optimized logistics processes.

· Optimize and ensure process and materials management system performance is adequate.

· Conducting materials management systems training.

· Project management, planning, implementation, and operation of IT systems for the Supply Chain group.

· Planning of material flow and equipment for inhouse production.

· Coordination and implementation of packaging in-house and with customers or suppliers.

Who we are looking for

· High School Degree (or equivalent)

· Knowledge of SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)

· 5+ years of experience in supply chain projects or production planning in the automotive industry

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Proven knowlege of time analysis

· Fluent in English

Your preferred qualifications

· Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Fluent in Spanish
