As a CBRE Planner, you will provide building maintenance and office administration support to our client sites. You will be responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems
**Here’s a snapshot of your day:**
+ Manage Helpdesk System using in house systems, including reporting
+ Organise work orders and assign them to individual technicians or work teams.
+ Maintain PPM records using in house systems, including reporting.
+ Plan the engineers time and workload using the CMMS system
+ Provide accurate updated information to clients
+ Maintain CBRE notice boards on site (including QHSE).
+ Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources.
+ Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team.
+ Plan and arrange call outs, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
+ Liaise with the Contract Support, Facilities Leads & Contract Manager are aware of any upcoming works/supplier concerns etc.
+ Familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contract e.g. which services are covered and which are chargeable.
**The Ideal Candidate**
+ Proven experience in facilities management or asset planning, preferably within critical environments such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare.
+ Candidate must have experience using SAP
+ Understanding of CMMS systems, with the ability to schedule and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works efficiently.
+ Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and fire systems and their maintenance needs in a regulated environment.
+ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work order management, compliance reporting, and contract SLA adherence.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to work collaboratively with technicians, subcontractors, and client representatives.
+ A commitment to safety, compliance, and documentation standards, with experience supporting QHSE processes in highly regulated industries.
+ Competency in MS Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to internal CBRE platforms and client-specific systems.
+ Experience developing and maintaining workflow processes, permits, and materials staging to support seamless site delivery.
+ Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey clear updates and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
+ A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
