Responsabilidades
Análisis de niveles de inventarios
Generación de órdenes de compra
Seguimiento a órdenes de compra
Identificación cortos de producto, escalación
Revisión de demanda vs inventario disponible
Seguimiento a entregas de pedidos
Expeditación de materiales para pedidos de Clientes
Gestión de reporte semanal de órdenes abiertas con status de entrega
Elaboración de reporte de órdenes abiertas con Proveedores intercompañía
Trabajar en conjunto con el departamento de Servicio al Cliente para identificar prioridades más urgentes
Contacto diariamente con proveedores para obtener información acerca de fechas de entrega, cantidades
Captura de status obtenido en reporte
Escalación interna y dentro de la organización del proveedor para expeditar y agilizar entregas de pedidos
Comunicación vía email, telefónica y por TEAMS con Proveedores para obtener información de pedidos
Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:
This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
