Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Align schedules with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Track progress against baseline schedules and report deviations.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance forecasting.
Collaborate with construction teams, commissioning engineers, and OE representatives.
Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
Develop commissioning schedules and readiness plans.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in; Project Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil).
Primavera P6 Certification or equivalent scheduling software training.
PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
ECSA Registration (if applicable to engineering background).
SACPCMP Registration (if applicable to construction/project management background).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning within mining, heavy industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven experience in construction and commissioning of mineral processing or similar industrial plants.
Strong understanding of project controls, EVM, and risk management.
