The company is revolutionizing last-mile delivery through smart locker solutions, making online deliveries more efficient, sustainable, and accessible. This is a new role in the Benelux region, offering the chance to shape local operations from the ground up and contribute to a game-changing logistics solution.

🔧 Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate smart locker installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective interventions across the Netherlands and Belgium. Assign and manage tasks for technicians based on location, availability, and skillset. Monitor service tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. Optimize technician scheduling using internal systems and digital tools. Act as the operational link between field teams, logistics, and central operations. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. 🧩 Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential (written and spoken). Based in or near Amsterdam or Rotterdam 2–3 years of experience in planning, field coordination, or service operations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive mindset. 📄 Contract Type:
