Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1、根据客户需求制定相应的生产计划以保证成品发运，同时将成品库存与WIP库存控制在合理水平。

2、获取客户需求计划并进行分析；综合协调并调配公司资源，将客户需求转换为内部生产计划决议，确保均衡稳定的生产拉动；

3、跟踪客户需求与实际生产的差异，分析客户预测计划的可靠性；

4、跟踪内部生产与PDP，PDP与PIC的一致性，及时发现异常并实施反应规则；

5、根据生产计划，公司的产能和库存目标制定物料需求计划（MRP）及控制成本，确保供应商交付及时、准确，满足生产需求 。；

6、全程跟踪客供件计划，订单并确保收货数量与种类与订单要求一致；确保物料数量与包装符合标准；

7、每日库存跟踪并及时处理物料报警；组织循环盘点并跟踪其差异及分析，确保库存合理性、库存指标降低；

8、对供应商绩效进行评估、定期对供应商绩效进行回顾；

9、持续优化仓库库存与布局：每月完成库存JNI分析、制定改进计划、达到库存降低、存储面积减少等目的；

10、对工程变更切换件进行跟踪，并对产生的OBS进行分析，完成BOM审核工作；

11、提升供应商交付水平与风险管控能力：对供应商产能进行调查、分析，提前规避交付风险，参与供应商物流审核，协助对供应商绩效进行评估；

12、确保运输费用合理性：监督管理提货运输费用、降低异常运输费用，对供应商物料包装进行管理；

13、及时处理呆滞料；

14、部门经理安排的其他事项；

15、充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南。
