**Job Summary** To provide support to the Project Manager and Resource Manager. Develop, maintain and analyze project schedules, prepare monthly progress reports, resource loading and forecasting reports. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Develop level four project schedules using work break down structure, resource assignment and Work hours budget in a scheduling tool. + Maintain project schedules by collecting progress data, updating schedules, developing and implementing status report. + Routinely analyze, evaluate and forecast the current project status against the baseline schedule. + Perform variance analysis, support project manager with change orders. Develop catch up plan by using crashing and fast-tracking methodologies. + Report the status of actual work hours against the budgeted hours. Compare physical progress with actual hours spent to calculate burn rate. + Providing resource requirements using scheduling techniques and through histograms. + Provide progress measurement and ‘S’ curves to compare the current status with the baseline plan. + Supporting Resource Managers with resource planning and forecasting. + Supervise organization level metrics related to resource utilization and demand forecasting. + Co-ordinate with the project team and conduct collaboration meetings. + Understand what risk is, identify different risks on the project, update risk register and work on the risk response strategies with project team. + Understand the project financials and help project manager in monitor the actual cost against budget, highlight any changes to the gross profit, trigger the invoicing status and cash flow. **Who You Are:** You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
