Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. RESPONSIBILITIES + Review and prioritize maintenance requests in SAP, identifying manpower, time, tools, safety precautions, and materials; consult with engineering when design input is required. + Analyze work/material requests for compliance with Evonik standards and estimate resources using established time standards and job knowledge. + Order/reserve parts and equipment with accurate delivery dates; ensure materials are monitored and delivered appropriately; complete material change forms and BOM updates as needed. + Create and maintain SAP task lists and detailed job plans for Evonik crafts and contractors to promote safety, craftsmanship, and cost reduction; define optimal job sequences and resources. + Develop job packages including drawings, photos, history, loop sheets, specs, permits, clearances, and safety documentation based on job complexity. + Maintain and update SAP daily for accurate data management and reporting; review completed work orders to improve planning accuracy and task list quality. + Collaborate with engineering, reliability, production, and project teams to coordinate work, recommend improvements, propose technical changes, and support root cause analysis and CIP feedback. + Balance short-term job requests with long-term analysis of planned/unplanned backlog; assist in cost analysis and budget recommendations. + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear required PPE, ascend/descend stairs, enter confined spaces, and work around hazardous substances and allergens. + May be required to work 12-hour day/night shifts in high noise and high-temperature environments.
