Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong planning and coordination skills? As a Maintenance Planner, you will plan, schedule, and track preventative maintenance tasks and repairs for company assets. Your role is crucial in anticipating potential problems before they occur, creating effective maintenance plans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure resources are available when needed. Your organizational skills and excellent communication will help maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime across our facilities.
 

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

Are you skilled with maintenance management systems? Your role involves mastering our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to effectively plan and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance activities. Your expertise ensures our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.Can you coordinate effectively across departments? Successful collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor is essential as you'll be planning medium-high level priority projects across various timeframes, adapting quickly as production needs dictate. Your coordination skills keep our maintenance activities aligned with business priorities.
Are you meticulous with resource planning? We rely on your ability to identify labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements for maintenance work orders, ensuring proper job hazard assessments and pre-task planning are completed. Your attention to detail helps maintain a safe and efficient working environment.Do you have a continuous improvement approach? Through your analytical approach, you'll drive cost reductions in maintenance operations while improving responsiveness, minimizing downtime, and reducing interruptions. Your contributions optimize our maintenance processes and enhance operational excellence.Can you effectively manage inventories and backlogs? The team depends on your support for spare parts management, tracking consumption trends, managing work order backlogs, and communicating timely updates to supervisors and technicians. Your management skills ensure resources are available when needed and work is prioritized appropriately.Are you data-driven in your approach? In this role, you'll generate and analyze reports to understand the status of aging items, using these insights to drive improvements. Your ability to interpret data helps inform strategic maintenance decisions that impact our entire operation.
 

WHAT YOU BRING

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required2-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internetExperience with CMMS work order systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interface with co-workers, internal departments, service providers, and customers in a fast-paced environmentOrganized and detail-oriented approach to workPlanning Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification or similar is desiredValid driver's license if driving is required for job duties

Hiring Range: $22.20 - $34.81.
