Join Our Team as an Inbound Logistics Planner – Grodzisk Mazowiecki

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Inbound Logistics Planner to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (working from the office). 

As part of our Supply Chain department, you'll play a vital role in streamlining processes, ensuring efficient material flow, and strengthening cooperation with our suppliers. We're looking for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to drive continuous improvement – all while maintaining a good sense of humor and a win-win mindset in daily collaboration. 

Job Responsibilities

Manage orders for raw materials and parts 

Monitor and follow up on deliveries 

Coordinate supplier development and cooperation 

Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and parts 

Drive process improvements and best practices across teams and sites 

Background & Skills Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field  Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills  Proactive, innovative, and solution-focused approach  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively  Respect for business needs and operational requirements  Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)  Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP R/3 and Business Intelligence experience is a plus  Employee Benefits
